Morphological Studies on the Mesenteric Artery and its Branches in Korean

Abstract
|
|
|
1) The caliber of the superior mesenteric artery was 2. 88mm in 10.5 month of infant, 6.07mm in adult hale and 5. l0mm in adult female.
2) The caliber of the inferior mesenteric artery was 1.45mm in 10, 5 month of infant, 3. 39mm in adult male and female.
3) The calibers of the superior and inferior mesenteric arteries and its branches were generally two times larger than those of infants. And the calibers of the right colic artery and appendicular artery were about three times larger than those of infants.
